A thick layer of fog covered the city this morning even as the cold wave continued, leaving Delhiites shivering and disrupting flight operations. The minimum temperature was recorded at 4.3 degrees Celsius and heavy fog in the morning hours disrupted air and road traffic.
As per the airport officials, a cargo flight was diverted while the schedules of several others were affected this morning due to dense fog.
